Feel Good Eixample Apartments are located in a wonderful location, close to the charming Passeig de Gracia and 5 minutes’ walk from the heart of the city. The apartments are situated in a modern building equipped with a lift. Built in the early twenties of the 19th century and totally restored in 2004, all the flats have heating and air conditioning.
These apartments are located in a privileged position, close to the beautiful Passeig de Gracia, one of the main streets of Barcelona, lined with fashionable restaurants, cafes and elegant shops, and few minutes’ walk from some of Gaudí’s renowned creations. The building was fully renovated in 2004 and has air conditioning and heating. The apartments are equipped with all the modern conveniences, including satellite TV and DVD, Radio and CD player. In the apartment there is a lounge/dining room for 4 people. The bedroom has a double-bed and the bathroom has a bath and a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. Linen, towels, glasses, pots, crockery and cutlery, are all provided. In the apartment there is also a separate laundry room with washing machine.
The Eixample neighbourhood is located within a minute’s walk from the Passeig de Gracia, one of the main streets of Barcelona, lined with fashionable restaurants, cafes and elegant shops. This area of Barcelona has a marvellously privileged position, a few minutes’ walk from one of Spain’s most famous streets, Las Ramblas, and close to Gaudí’s most renowned creations. (Casa Batlló, La Pedrera and many more from the modernism movement).
